Cancellation Policy – Hash’s Hideway
We understand that plans can change. To provide clarity and fairness, please review our cancellation policy below:
Reservation & Payment Terms:
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 15 or more days before check-in: Your deposit will be refunded in full, minus a $25 processing fee per unit reserved.
- Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before check-in: The full amount of the reservation is non-refundable.
- No-shows or early departures: No refunds will be issued.
Modifications:
- Reservation changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 15 days before your scheduled arrival.
- Any change in dates within 14 days of arrival will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and will follow the standard cancellation policy.

Reservations booked through online travel agencies, such as Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com and more: Please see the cancellation policy as it is posted on the online travel agency that was used to make the reservation. Cancellations must be submitted directly with the online travel agency.
All reservations are final once booked: any modifications of rooms or dates are treated the same as a cancellation. 14 or more day’s notice incurs a $25.00 modification fee.
