Kim & Roddy Hash

Kim and I got married in September 2012. I am a contractor and designer, while Kim has been a flight attendant for several years.
After we were married, we began spending time on the Peninsula, and it didn’t take long for us to fall in love with the charm of this small town. One of our favorite things to do was to drive the length of the Peninsula along the beach, build a fire with a bottle of wine in hand, and watch the sun set. We also had a blast digging for razor clams—whether in the early mornings or late at night in the dark, it was always a thrilling experience. We had so much fun that we even brought other couples along to share the adventure with us.
Not long after, we purchased our first investment property, which is named The Wreckage. It’s a historic log home located in Ocean Park, about 15 minutes north. This incredible place has a fascinating history and is truly a unique spot you’ll want to look up.
This experience sparked a dream: to create vacation rentals where families and couples could escape from the everyday and experience something different — a place where they would feel truly cared for and welcomed. We ended up purchasing two adjacent properties with multiple units and focused on creating a personalized and thoughtful experience for each guest.
We put ourselves in the shoes of travelers and thought about what would make our ideal experience unforgettable. It has been an ongoing journey, and we are always striving to think of every possible detail—furnishings, amenities, and needs—to ensure our guests have the very best experience possible.
We also decided to give each room a unique theme, so they are individually decorated and furnished accordingly. Many of our returning guests enjoy selecting a different room each time they stay, giving them a fresh and unique experience on every visit.
We hope you’ll give our cozy properties a try and experience the warmth and charm for yourself. If you do, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share your feedback with us. Your thoughts and experiences will help us continue to grow and improve.
Thank you so much for considering a stay with us!
